Cairo – ‘Aly Bakr’, the researcher in Islamic Movements, said that the Muslim Brotherhood group moved toward the mass media production trying to expand, especially after the group and their supporters faced a lot of security strikes recently which made them lose their ability to be present in Egypt.
In a statement to ‘Al-Bawaba News Portal’, ‘Bakr’ added that the launch of the satellite channel “Mekameleen 2” (which means “We’ll proceed 2”) is an evidence of the increase of the disputes between them even in their mass media outlets. Ali argued that some wings within the group are trying to impose their control over others through that channel. He also illustrated that their ability to establish that new satellite channel indicated that they have got new funds either from Qatar or from Turkey which endeavour to destroy the Egyptian State and to spread unrest.
He also said that the elements supporting the Muslim Brotherhood Group try to prove their presence in different ways and their attitude toward mass media expansion is another trial to prove their presence especially after the weakness inflicted upon the Group either in their speeches or in their statements.
Two days ago, ‘Mekameleen’ Satellite Channel announced the launch of the transmission of a new satellite channel “Mekameleen 2” as a new step of the Muslim Brotherhood Group towards the expansion and spread through their mass media outlets.
